Week 1 – My one Goal

My main goal is to learn to meditate, to calm my mind. At this moment I get nauseous and stressed when I do the guided meditation, but I am sure that this will change.

For this I want to do the mini check in every day, 2x a day, and guided meditation at least 3x a week.

The physical part for me is easier because I’m a fitness instructor, including a pilates teacher. I know that if I can use meditation in my daily life, I will be in better shape physically. If I can breathe and concentrate better, the activity will be more intense and with more benefits.
