Week 3 – Reflecting my goal

My goal is to learn to meditate to calm my mind. I planned to do guided meditation 3x a week and 2x mini classes. This week it was difficult to fulfill my purpose because I was sick, especially the mini classes. I think the best time to do meditation is at night, it helps calm down and sleep better. I have not been able to make this a daily habit yet, but I think it would help me a lot if I did. On the other hand the 5 breaths and the mini checks ins are already part of my daily life.
